Eligibility for Returns


To qualify for a refund, your LumiLab device must be:

  • In its original condition
  • Clean and undamaged
  • With original packaging and any included accessories


You’ll also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Our team will provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to send your return.


Important: Returns sent without first contacting us will not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items


If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us immediately with photos and your order number. We’ll review the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.


Exchanges


Need a different device or color?

Simply return the product you have and place a new order once your return has been accepted.


Refund Timeline


Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll get an email notification regarding the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.


Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
