Order Processing


All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. During high-volume periods (such as holidays), processing times may extend slightly.


Once your order has been packed and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Please note: Orders cannot be edited (including address changes) once they have entered our fulfillment system.

Tracking Your Order


All LumiLab shipments include real-time tracking. Once shipped, your tracking link will be emailed to you automatically.

Customs, Duties & Taxes


International orders may be subject to import duties or local taxes, which are not included in our prices. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.


If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees or incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs and any re-import charges.


Lost / Damaged / Stolen Packages


LumiLab is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as “delivered” by the carrier.

If your order is missing, please:

  • First check with neighbors, building staff, or your local courier.
  • Then file a claim with the shipping carrier.
  • If needed, contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.
We rely on carrier timestamp data and delivery scans when verifying such issues.


Wrong Address Disclaimer


It is the buyer’s responsibility to enter the correct address during checkout.

We are unable to re-route or change the address once the order is placed. If the address is incorrect and the package is returned to us, reshipping fees will apply.
